Cy was so great to work with to get our new flooring.  They did an amazing job, the flooring was better than expected and was stunning. We had an absolutely fantastic experience with the Floor Source team! Our project involved replacing all the tile and carpeting in our home and a shower reno, and Danny Lain led us to find the perfect wood-look tile, carpet, and shower refresh that makes us feel like we are living in a brand new home. I ordered MSI material for a commercial project through Floor Source, and the incorrect material was ordered as I was not made aware that it comes in tile and pavers. My wife and I have been wanting to put new floors in our house for several years and we decided to go with Floor Source. They were absolutely fantastic. Our salesman Andrew, was one of a kind. What a great personality he hdas . He was with us every step of the way during the project.  We had an in-house consultation and he went over the whole process with us. Floor type and color  selections, install procedure and  financing options in detail. The laminate color and floor type he suggested, worked out perfectly. .We also want to thank Fernando and his install crew for doing such a great job. The end result came out absolutely perfect. They were extremely accommodating with the many requests I had during the project. Last, but not least, Bailey and the entire first class Floor Source office staff kept us constantly updated when our flooring material was going to be delivered, and the days that they were going to start installation. From the moment I contacted Floor Source for a quote, Cy made the process smooth and straightforward. He came out to take detailed measurements and walked me through flooring options. I chose an LVP they had in stock so the installation could be completed before my move‑in date. The crew started about three days before the move, and although I was initially a bit worried about timing, everything came together perfectly.
