We have been wanting to replace our carpeting for a few years, but due to personal health issues and not wanting to start project during Covid, we kept putting it off.  After getting a few quotes, we contacted Floor Source and they responded right away.  Veronica Randall came to our home, listened to what we were wanting in flooring, answered questions, and took measurements of rooms.   She said she would choose some flooring for us to look at and then called us to come into the showroom.  I have trouble visualizing what something will look like, so we brought samples home to see how the different samples would look in our home with the different areas of light.  I was still questioning the final overall look, but Veronica was patient and assured me it would look nice in our home.   We, however, decided not to do all the rooms we had planned earlier, but just chose to start with the family room and hallway.  I was so blessed by Veronica, who never once complained about that decision.  I know some sales people would have been upset, but Veronica was great!  Because of her great patience, good input, and superior installers, we are now choosing to do our master bedroom, 2 bathrooms and laundry room with Floor Source.  We love our new flooring and felt Veronica made this upgrade to our home a whole lot easier than we ever imagined. Veronica was amazing! She answered all of our questions and then some. She didn’t even bat an eye when we wanted to walk on the samples with our socks on. She let us take the samples home for several days. This way we could see it with our lighting during the different times of the day.
