We worked with Andrew from the Phoenix location off of N Black Canyon Hwy and I can’t say enough good things about him. He’s very respectful and listens to what you have to say. There was an issue with the LVP getting in on time. It was gonna be delayed at least 2-3 weeks and because of the time schedule, we ordered another product that was more expensive by probably $2 or more a sqft, and he gave it to me at the same price as the other product. The demo crew accidentally took out the tile in the laundry room and they replaced it with no charge to me. Andrew has been great with communicating with us with regard to what was happening. I’ve been in the construction business pretty much my whole life, and Andrew has been awesome to deal with. He’s a problem solver, and a straight shooter! If I needed a company to buy and have flooring installed, I would run back to Floor Source and deal with Andrew……he’s as good as they get!! We used Floor Source to replace the carpet in two bedrooms.  Worked with Jarod on the sales side and Memo on the installation.  Excellent experience with both.  Jared was very patient with us and our numerous questions about the various carpets.  Carpet arrived ahead of schedule and they very quickly slotted us in for install.  Memo took great care in moving our furniture and went above and beyond to repair loose parts as they were handling the furniture.  We have an old closet system that was looking tired.  Memo worked magic to shore up sagging pieces and dress it up when installing the baseboard.  Ended up cancelling an estimate with a different vendor to have the closet replaced.  Outstanding customer service in having a supervisor (Aaron) stop in, say hello and check on progress.  Not that it was needed...Memo and crew were outstanding.  Great value and superb execution. Floor Source in Scottsdale recently installed wood flooring in our home. Lance, our sales manager, was knowledgeable and kept us informed all along the way. From order to installation was very speedy.

This company did the floors in our entire house and did a beautiful job on them. Later we had a leaking toilet issue which ruined a part of the new floor so Floor Source came back and repaired the floor & once again, looks like new. Floor Source did an outstanding job installing our 1,400 sq. ft. of LVP.  They always showed up on time, cleaned up each day before leaving and met all the quality details we were looking for. Their crew is great and salesperson Jarod Alexander was extremely helpful and patient.
